Safety Committee  As part of the CCI build-team concept we have developed a respected safety committee that works with field supervisors, project manager, sub-contractors and workers to assure a safe work environment. The responsibilities of Corporate Contractors, Inc. safety committee are wide and varied; their field experience is an invaluable tool in developing training programs and conducting audits. Safety Committee members work in the field to remind other associates of potential safety concerns. They also conduct weekly written safety inspections and report findings to the Safety Director and Project Manager. During the pre-job planning phase, committee members work with Field Supervisors and Project Managers to create a preemptive program that is project specific. |
