Education Statement  Ken Hendricks once said "To find out what's really going on in your company, talk to the man who sweeps the shop floor." We asked and then listened. What our associates said helped us develop programs to help each other grow in a specific career path. Associates are encouraged to take an active part in the training and opportunities available through the CCI University and our Learning Library. All our programs are customized to meet the needs of CCI and the construction professionals, this is not your typical bag of generic seminars but a refined group of programs that provide immediate tools to use in associates daily work. To better assist and prepare our associates for the future CCI provides associates educational opportunities through the new CCI University. |
