Safety Training
Corporate Contractors, Inc. maintains a complete Safety and Health Program
to ensure a safe working environment for all of our associates. From the
field to the office, every associate is responsible for safety. Our
sub-contractors are pre-qualified and must have both a safety policy as well
as a safety training program before they are to begin any work on a CCI
project.
Our dedication to the personal Health and Wellness of our associates is
reflected in the safety training that goes well beyond the worksite.
Sending a repeated message to associates that they are the ones who prevent
accidents is accomplished through a variety of annual, monthly, weekly and
daily safety training programs. In some cases, training is conducted by
guest speakers who are experts in their field of practice. Safety committee
members participate in the creation of training syllabuses to assure their
relevance.
 By bringing families into our safety program, associates realize they do
have more then only themselves riding on their safe practices. Our
associates are offered a comprehensive medical insurance plan and have free
unlimited access to our new recreational facility. The facility includes
state-of-the-art fitness equipment for associates, while family members are
welcome to enjoy the running track and the basketball/volleyball courts.
