GMR Marketing Located in New Berlin, GMR Marketing is one of the world’s leading experiential marketing agencies. This interior office renovation resulted in GMR being featured in the Milwaukee Business Journal as one of Milwaukee's Coolest Offices.
I.d. Restaurant An award-winning, 12-week renovation project transformed I.d. Restaurant into a boisterous, open-concept restaurant that features an eclectic mix of color, texture and light. Serving up elevated menu offerings for brunch and dinner, I.d.’s intimate setting creates the ultimate dining experience.
Situated in the stunning village of Lac La Belle, The Parc is one of the area’s newest condominium complexes. CCI worked to construct two five-level towers, featuring eighteen custom waterfront condominium units and underground parking. Our team worked closely with the developer — and each condo owner — to meet their individual needs.
Clearpoint Apartments is a new six-story, 64-unit contemporary multi-family apartment building. Located at 220 W Main St. in the heart of Waukesha, it features expansive windows that offer incredible views of the Fox River. The development includes a common area, fitness center, and two lower levels of parking.
Be Fitness was an exciting renovation that resulted in a 3-level, 45,900 sqft fitness center that includes training areas, basketball court, locker rooms, offices and daycare space.
