New Roles at CCI

Auge, Austin, and Waldsmith Embrace New Roles at Corporate Contractors Inc (CCI)

BELOIT, WI, February 14, 2024 – Corporate Contractors Inc (CCI) is pleased to announce the following leadership changes effective immediately.

Homer Auge (left), has been promoted from COO to President, bringing a new perspective and continued dedication to the company’s core values and community focus.

“Taking on the role of President is both exciting and humbling,” remarked Auge. “I am immensely grateful for this opportunity and eager to embrace the daily responsibilities that accompany this position while leading our talented team to new heights.”

In conjunction with this transition, CCI’s former President, Brad Austin (center), has moved into the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), allowing him to continue leveraging his extensive experience and trusted relationships while further enhancing the company’s construction capabilities.

“I’m extremely proud of CCI, our incredibly dedicated associates, and our amazing leadership team. Together, we’ve built a remarkable company,” said Austin. “With Homer now taking charge of the day-to-day duties, I’m excited for the opportunity to shift more of my focus toward company strategy and culture while continuing to forge new, productive relationships and connections.”

Additionally, Tonya Waldsmith (right), has been promoted from Controller to VP of Finance. Tonya has a wealth of expertise and in her new role will lead CCI’s financial activities while continuing to oversee the accounting department.

Waldsmith graciously shared, “I am honored and grateful to be promoted to VP of Finance and look forward to working with the entire CCI team as we continue to grow and build the future of our company.”

With this newly established leadership structure, CCI is well-equipped to not only empower our associates in achieving their goals, but also ensure that our clients continue to receive outstanding construction services well into the future.
