Career development kick-off event
CCI empowers their associates to excel
Corporate Contractors Inc recently held an educational kick-off event for associates to explore additional career development opportunities that will start as soon as September. Numerous CCI associates attended to learn more about each of the educational opportunities available to them.
“I want you to excel and succeed”, said Brad Austin, CCI President, “Taking the personal initiative to advance your knowledge and skill sets will help you reach your goals and become industry leaders.”
The Career pathways being offered include:
• Carpentry Apprenticeship
• Roofing Apprenticeship
• Heavy Equipment Operator Apprenticeship
• Mentor Training
• Leadership Development
• Completion of Associates Degree
CCI is one of nine companies who was awarded a WAT grant through the Wisconsin Technical College System and Blackhawk Technical College. CCI is thrilled to see the large number of associates who expressed interest in these programs that range in duration from 3-months to 4-years to complete. Currently, more than 30 CCI associates have enrolled to participate.
