ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

CCI is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Under the direction of a Project Manager, this position provides administrative support for estimating and project management. Such duties include submitting RFIs, assembling closeout binders, taking/distributing meeting minutes, obtaining supplies, and communication with subcontractors and project partners.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering along with 2 or more years’ experience as a Field Superintendent and extensive knowledge of the commercial construction industry required. CCI is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager specifically for facility service work at client locations.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Project Manager, this position will maintain contacts with clients to ensure that all needs are established prior to arrival, oversee pre-planning of all service work to ensure that work is planned and materials are ordered, provide assistance to client while work is in progress and provide frequent status reports, obtain customer approval for work scope changes or additions, and assist Project Manager with administering contracts and warranties if applicable. Independent judgement is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, multitasking is a must.

CONCRETE FINISHER

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Concrete Finisher. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for leveling and finishing freshly poured concrete in accordance with commercial and industrial project specifications and company procedures.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Properly and efficiently set forms, pour, level, and smooth concrete using a variety of hand-held and power tools. Safely operate equipment and machinery. Assist Foreman with monitoring daily project and material needs.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum of 4-years experience and knowledge of commercial construction including blueprint reading and safety requirements. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for the laying of brick, block, and stone per blueprints, plans or drawings while supervising crews/workers in accordance with commercial and industrial project specifications and company procedures.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Organize, lead, and supervise masons’ tasks and material needs on a daily/weekly basis. Lay brick, block and stone per project specifications and determine sequence of masonry project assignments. Ensure project budget, schedule, and quality requirements are met. MASON LABORER

MASON LABORER

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Mason Laborer. In this position, the candidate will be responsible to perform tasks involving physical labor for the completion of masonry projects in accordance with commercial and industrial project specifications and company procedures.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Proactively support masons by mixing mortar and stocking brick, block, or stone materials. Cut, grout, and wash masonry materials. Properly assemble scaffolding, ensure a clean and organized worksite, and safely operate equipment and machinery.

ROOFERS

ROOFERS

CCI is currently seeking full-time Roofers. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for performing assigned tasks and duties in relation to commercial roofing projects, site preparation, safety, product installation, thermal and moisture protection, terminations, equipment, and special construction in accordance with commercial and industrial project specifications and company procedures.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Install or fabricate commercial roofing systems. Perform demolition of roofs in designated areas as assigned with respect towards equipment, property, and safety. Assist Supervisor in monitoring job site material stock, roof safety requirements such as CAZ’s, fall protection, fire safety, weather conditions, and other general safety regulations.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum of 1-3 years experience in commercial roofing including blueprint reading and safety requirements. Candidates must also be able to travel, have a valid driver’s license and be legal to work in the United States. Completion of Apprenticeship Program is preferred. SENIOR FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

SENIOR FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Senior Field Superintendent for our Beloit office. Candidates must have proven ability to efficiently control construction activity through administrative direction to ensure the project is built in accordance with design and schedule.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: The Superintendent will be responsible for, although not limited to: scheduling, workforce planning, coordinating, assisting in cost control oversight, ensuring safety and quality requirements are met, providing consistent and fair application of all policies and procedures, as well as planning, supervision and productivity of all crews at the worksite. Superintendent must also be able to coordinate carpentry, concrete, roofing, HVAC, and electrical subcontractors while managing the overall responsibility for the physical construction of assigned projects.

Qualifications: This position requires 5+ years of Superintendent experience working for a General Contractor. WELDER

WELDER

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Welder. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for the repair, fabrication, and assembly of metal structures and equipment using welders, cutters, and shapers, and measuring tools, etc. in accordance with commercial and industrial project specifications and company procedures.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: MIG and Arc weld steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel components based on specifications of the blueprints and/or drawings. Safely weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions. Complete take offs and order materials. Operate machinery used in the production process.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum of 1-year experience with MIG & TIG welding steel, aluminum, and/or stainless steel.
