ARCHITECTURAL SHEET METAL INSTALLER

ARCHITECTURAL SHEET METAL INSTALLER

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Sheet Metal Installer. In this position, the candidate will be assigned tasks and duties in relation to commercial roofing projects that pertain to sheet metal. This includes site preparation, safety, product installation, thermal and moisture protection, terminations, equipment, and special construction in accordance with commercial and industrial project specifications and company procedures. Main Duties/Responsibilities: The Sheet Metal Installer uses tools and equipment to fabricate building components and assemble those components into a finished system at the project site, in accordance with company policies and procedures. These duties include but are not limited to: bending and shearing equipment to brake. Braking and joining sheet metal components into a finished product. Measuring, marking dimensions and laying out material to be installed using tools such as scribes, rulers, calculators and squares.

Qualifications: The Sheet Metal Installer will have 1-4 years’ experience in sheet metal roofing. Must be reliable, self-motivated, and willing to follow directions as well as be able to lift 50lbs. CCI is currently seeking a full-time skilled Carpenter. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for all carpentry aspects (with and emphasis on finish carpentry), from new construction to renovation, of commercial construction projects from start to finish. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for leveling and finishing freshly poured concrete in accordance with commercial and industrial project specifications and company procedures. Main Duties/Responsibilities: Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and shaping surfaces. Applying curing and sealing compounds to protect finished surfaces. CCI is currently seeking a full-time Excavation Laborer to support our Excavation & Demolition team.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: The Excavation/ Demolition Laborer is responsible for maintaining equipment by performing general maintenance (oil, grease, fuel, etc) as needed. Pot holing for utilities using shovels and machinery. Performing specialized skilled work in the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment. General clean-up and supply duties on the jobsite to ensure that the project site is kept clean. Mobilizing vehicles with necessary equipment and materials for the workday, as well as ensure all vehicles are cleaned and maintained as they are used.

Qualifications: Must have experience working with demolition and excavation services and the related equipment along with the ability to adhere to OSHA standards and regulations. A GED or a high school diploma and  at least 1-2 years of experience in commercial construction is required. Main Duties/Responsibilities: The Fabrication Technician is responsible for the safe operation of bending and shearing equipment, including break presses. Duties also include welding, soldering, and joining sheet metal parts to create finished products. This position requires the proven ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints, take accurate measurements, and mark out dimensions. Candidates must also be proficient with hand and power tools used for fabrication.

Qualifications: The Fabrication Technician must be a strong team player capable of performing all previously outlined duties as well as have 3-5 years of fabrication experience and demonstrate reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to effectively and safely follow instructions. Main Duties/Responsibilities: The Floor Polishing Technician will perform floor polishing functions to provide decorative concrete flooring designs that add an aesthetic appeal, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Duties include:

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Mason Foreman to support CCI’s Masonry Services team.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: The Mason Foreman is responsible for organizing, leading, and supervising masons’ tasks daily. Laying of brick, block and stone per blueprints, plans or drawings, determining work requirements and sequence of masonry/tile assignments through review of work orders. Can read plans or drawings; keeping the brick, block or stone level at different heights and straightness, and enforces schedule of project by keeping track of quantity of material being laid daily. Lays out windows, doors, walls, etc. As well as knowing and organizing layout of building, the placement of materials on walls, verifying scaffolding is safe, and striking and finishing of brick, block, and stone.

Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 4 years experience leading a crew of masons with the knowledge of commercial construction. Completion of OSHA 10-Hour, First Aid/CPR, Forklift and Aerial certifications are required within the first year of employment. CCI is currently seeking a full-time Senior Estimator. In this position, the candidate will complete the due diligence necessary to successfully estimate the cost of work to be performed and efficiently oversee the client bid submission process. The Senior Estimator performs take off and prices jobs, material takeoffs, gathers and evaluates bids, and meets deadlines according to code and specification, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: The Senior Estimator will be responsible for effectively communicating with owners, subcontractors, and vendors while attending job site visits and initial client meetings to establish project expectations. This role involves reviewing blueprints, plans, and specifications to gain a complete understanding of the project and preparing detailed, accurate estimates. The Senior Estimator will identify and secure qualified subcontractors and suppliers, develop scopes of work and proposals, and ensure all subcontractors receive drawings and specifications before the bidding process. Responsibilities also include creating and distributing bid invitations, gathering and evaluating competitive quotes, and performing material take-offs for self-performed work. Additionally, the Senior Estimator will assemble final take-off documents for approval, manage and update estimating software, and maintain accurate subcontractor and vendor databases.

This position requires promoting a professional image to clients, vendors, and colleagues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of proposals, and motivating associates to achieve production goals and uphold quality standards. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications: Minimum 7–10 years of commercial estimating experience, including at least 6 years focused on blueprint and specification reading and design, as well as a minimum of 3 years of hands-on construction experience. A strong working knowledge of Federal, State, and NFPA building codes is required, along with the ability to maintain productive relationships with subcontractors, architects, and clients. Candidates must be able to read and interpret contracts, procedure manuals, and regulatory documents, while also demonstrating strong communication skills through the preparation of reports, correspondence, and effective interaction at all organizational levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and prior experience with estimating software are essential. A high school diploma or GED is required, while additional education or coursework in building trades is preferred. Main Duties/Responsibilities: The Superintendent will be responsible for, although not limited to: scheduling, workforce planning, coordinating, assisting in cost control oversight, ensuring safety and quality requirements are met, providing consistent and fair application of all policies and procedures, as well as planning, supervision and productivity of all crews at the worksite. Superintendent must also be able to coordinate carpentry, concrete, roofing, HVAC, and electrical subcontractors while managing the overall responsibility for the physical construction of assigned projects.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager. Candidates must have proven ability to effectively and efficiently monitor/control construction activities in accordance with project requirements and company policies and procedures to ensure project is built safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality possible. To be successful in this role, the Senior Project Manager must be able to perform all essential duties with a high degree of competence.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for following the procedures outlined in the Project Process Manual while ensuring that job costs are accurately estimated and bids and proposals are prepared on time. This role includes conducting pre-construction meetings, procuring necessary permits, coordinating with governing authorities for inspections and approvals, and leading internal project kick-off meetings prior to start-up. Within 30 days of receiving the signed owner/client contract, at least 90% of subcontractor contracts must be executed, with awards issued before project start-up. Throughout the project, the Senior Project Manager maintains open communication with owners, tenants, architects, and engineers, ensuring that weekly project update reports are prepared and distributed. Regular on-site meetings are conducted to keep all on site crews informed, and detailed project schedules are developed, enforced, and updated weekly and monthly. The Senior Project Manager is also responsible for issuing timely and accurate change orders, RFIs, and RFPs, while carefully monitoring project costs, completing accurate monthly cost reports and projections, and reviewing and approving invoices weekly.

Frequent site visits are conducted to confirm that work is progressing according to schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The Senior Project Manager takes direct responsibility for promptly addressing questions and conflicts with architects, owners, and subcontractors, using sound judgment to resolve issues and escalating budget or technical concerns to upper management as needed. The role requires motivating associates and project teams to achieve production goals while setting high standards for quality, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures. Daily oversight of superintendents and subcontractors is essential.

In addition to managing projects, the Senior Project Manager collaborates with and mentors Project Managers on larger jobs, supports human resource functions, conducts performance evaluations with superintendents and HR, and documents both positive and corrective performance throughout the year. The position requires strict adherence to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Associate Handbook, while consistently projecting a professional image to clients, vendors, subcontractors, visitors, and colleagues. The Senior Project Manager also assists with project marketing and presentations, identifies and pursues additional business opportunities, and performs special assignments or other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum 7–10 years of proven field experience managing commercial/industrial construction projects and at least 6 years of experience in blueprint and specification reading and design. Candidates must complete OSHA 30-Hour training, as well as First Aid/CPR, Forklift, and Aerial certifications within the first year of employment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is essential, and knowledge of Viewpoint Vista software is preferred.

The position requires the ability to read and interpret contracts, procedure manuals, plans, and regulatory documents, while also being able to prepare reports, correspondence, and communicate effectively at all levels. Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to perform construction-related calculations are necessary. The Senior Project Manager must be capable of solving practical problems, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and interpreting instructions in written, oral, or schedule form. A strong understanding of local building codes, industry standards, inspection requirements, budget estimating, and project scheduling is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, sound independent judgment, and the ability to both lead within a team environment and work independently are critical. The position also demands adaptability in a dynamic work environment and discretion in handling confidential information. SURVEYOR

SURVEYOR

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Surveyor. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for measuring, mapping, and setting out land and structures to ensure construction projects are completed accurately and in compliance with design specifications.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: The Surveyor is responsible for performing site surveys, staking, and field measurements to establish control points, boundaries, and elevations. This role includes verifying existing site conditions, dimensions, elevations, and layouts using Trimble GPS systems. The Surveyor documents key site features such as utilities, structural components, obstacles, and access points. They also operate surveying equipment including total stations, GPS units, machine control systems, and laser levels. Responsibilities also include conducting foundation layout with a Trimble data collector and total station, as well as setting up machine control systems and managing cut and fill operations using Trimble Business Center.

Qualifications: This position requires 4+ years of experience in field surveying, construction layout, or a related discipline, with hands-on use of Trimble Total Station equipment. Candidates must be skilled in using measurement tools such as laser distance meters, tape measures, and levels. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center (or similar software), and Microsoft Office tools is essential. Strong communication skills are required to interact effectively across all levels. Candidate must also have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and be legal to work in the United States.

TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT

TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Traveling Superintendent. Candidates must have proven ability to efficiently control construction activity through administrative direction to ensure the project is built in accordance with design and schedule.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: The Superintendent will be responsible for, although not limited to: scheduling, workforce planning, coordinating, assisting in cost control oversight, ensuring safety and quality requirements are met, providing consistent and fair application of all policies and procedures, as well as planning, supervision and productivity of all crews at the worksite. Superintendent must also be able to coordinate carpentry, concrete, roofing, HVAC, and electrical subcontractors while managing the overall responsibility for the physical construction of assigned projects.

Qualifications: This position requires 5+ years of Superintendent experience working for a General Contractor on commercial and industrial projects. Candidate must also have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, be legal to work in the United States, and be able to travel throughout the United States 100% of the time.
