CONCRETE FINISHER

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Concrete Finisher. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for leveling and finishing freshly poured concrete in accordance with commercial and industrial project specifications and company procedures.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Properly and efficiently set forms, pour, level, and smooth concrete using a variety of hand-held and power tools. Safely operate equipment and machinery. Assist Foreman with monitoring daily project and material needs.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum of 4-years experience and knowledge of commercial construction including blueprint reading and safety requirements. CCI is currently seeking a full-time Concrete Foreman. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for leveling and finishing freshly poured concrete while supervising crews/workers in accordance with commercial and industrial project specifications and company procedures.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Organize, lead, and supervise concrete crews, tasks, and material needs on a daily/weekly basis. Ensure project budget, schedule, and quality requirements are met. Properly set forms and safely operate equipment and machinery.

CONCRETE LABORER

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Concrete Laborer. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for assisting in leveling and finishing freshly poured concrete in accordance with commercial and industrial project specifications and company procedures.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Assist in tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and shaping surfaces. Assist in applying curing and sealing compounds to protect finished surfaces. Use hand tools and power tools to finish concrete surfaces. Assist in repairing and restoring damaged concrete surfaces. As well as Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. This position requires at least 1 year of experience as a concrete laborer and knowledge of commercial construction. FACILITY SERVICES TECHNICIAN

FACILITY SERVICES TECHNICIAN

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Facility Services Technician. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for a wide range of commercial maintenance. As well as have knowledge of mechanical systems, building materials, and emergency maintenance.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Carpentry maintenance such as but not limited to commercial framing, door installation, miscellaneous drywall repairs, interior and exterior painting and touchups, door hardware installation, filter maintenance, and wood trim and vinyl base repairs. As well as demolition of interior/exterior build-out when necessary and any other general maintenance needed.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. The Facility Services Technician will have skilled trade experience totaling at least 5-10 years. Ability to follow OSHA standards/requirements and local, state, and federal codes and ordinances pertinent to facilities. The right candidate must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work at various heights, and on ladders. The candidate should also be familiar with reading blueprints and specs. HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for performing tasks involving heavy equipment for the completion of Excavation and Demolition projects in accordance with commercial and industrial project specifications and company procedures.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Operating equipment such as excavators, bobcats, and bulldozers. A candidate also must be able to elevate to heights of 30 feet or higher and lift 75 pounds or more. As well as perform specialized skilled work in the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment, and perform skilled work in the demolition of commercial buildings. As well as maintaining equipment logs and reports for any necessary maintenance. Along with ensuring all vehicles are cleaned and maintained as they are used.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge of commercial construction. The Heavy Equipment Operator will have experience in working with demolition and excavation as well as working with most of the related equipment. LOCAL CLASS A DRIVER

LOCAL CLASS A DRIVER

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Local Class A Driver. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for hauling heavy equipment, oversized loads, as well as driving dump trucks and lowboy trailers.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Operating a dump truck, hauling heavy equipment, and driving low boys to transport heavy equipment to designated job sites. As well as handling loads proficiently, which includes loading and securing equipment accurately, measuring the width and height of the load being hauled, and accurately tying down heavy equipment that is being hauled. This also includes accurately following the required guidelines of the permits for oversized loads.

Qualifications: The Local Class A Driver will have 5-7 years of experience hauling heavy equipment, oversized loads, as well as driving dump trucks and low boys. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a class A CDL and auto insurance upon hire. The ability to follow OSHA standards and a high school diploma or GED is also required. CCI is currently seeking a full-time Mason Laborer. In this position, the candidate will be responsible to perform tasks involving physical labor for the completion of masonry projects in accordance with commercial and industrial project specifications and company procedures.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Proactively support masons by mixing mortar and stocking brick, block, or stone materials. Cut, grout, and wash masonry materials. Properly assemble scaffolding, ensure a clean and organized worksite, and safely operate equipment and machinery.

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Technician. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for a wide range of commercial maintenance including non-technical maintenance and other unlicensed trades.

ROOFERS

CCI is currently seeking full-time Roofers. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for performing assigned tasks and duties in relation to commercial roofing projects, site preparation, safety, product installation, thermal and moisture protection, terminations, equipment, and special construction in accordance with commercial and industrial project specifications and company procedures.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Install or fabricate commercial roofing systems. Perform demolition of roofs in designated areas as assigned with respect towards equipment, property, and safety. Assist Supervisor in monitoring job site material stock, roof safety requirements such as CAZ’s, fall protection, fire safety, weather conditions, and other general safety regulations.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum of 1-3 years experience in commercial roofing including blueprint reading and safety requirements. SENIOR FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

SENIOR FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Senior Field Superintendent for our Beloit office. Candidates must have proven ability to efficiently control construction activity through administrative direction to ensure the project is built in accordance with design and schedule.

Main Duties/Responsibilities: The Superintendent will be responsible for, although not limited to: scheduling, workforce planning, coordinating, assisting in cost control oversight, ensuring safety and quality requirements are met, providing consistent and fair application of all policies and procedures, as well as planning, supervision and productivity of all crews at the worksite. Superintendent must also be able to coordinate carpentry, concrete, roofing, HVAC, and electrical subcontractors while managing the overall responsibility for the physical construction of assigned projects.

Qualifications: This position requires 5+ years of Superintendent experience working for a General Contractor.
