PROMOTIONS
Aaron Combs, previously Senior Project Manager, has been promoted to CCI’s Director of Preconstruction & Estimating. In this role, he will oversee all preconstruction and estimating activities for project development from initial concept through final design. Having over 11 years at CCI, Aaron has held positions with increasing responsibility and will lead initiatives across the internal architectural design, estimating, and creative teams to ensure accurate budgeting, constructability, risk management, and project schedules that align with company standards and client goals.
Darren Moore, formerly Senior Project Manager, is now CCI’s Director of Construction. With more than two decades of construction experience, he will oversee the company’s project management and construction activities. In this role, Darren will serve as both a strategic business leader and hands-on mentor, ensuring client satisfaction, guiding project teams, driving operational excellence, and strengthening the people and processes that support CCI’s progress.
NEW HIRES
Brian Hartwig has joined CCI as the Director of Development and Investment. In this role, he will leverage over 25 years of proven leadership experience spanning multiple market sectors. He will oversee CCI’s investment portfolio and cultivate partner relationships to ensure long-term strategic growth and lasting value. Brian holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, a BS in Business Administration-Accounting, and an MBA with an Accounting emphasis from the University of Phoenix.
Sarah Fegre has joined CCI as a Senior Business Development Executive. She will focus on driving company-wide business development strategies, cultivating strong client relationships, and expanding market presence to support CCI’s goals across all construction operations. Sarah brings extensive client engagement and business development experience, having spent the past 8 years in leadership roles with a Madison-based architecture firm. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and holds a Wisconsin real estate license.
Adam Meyer has joined CCI as Corporate Chaplain, leading the company’s Faith at Work chaplaincy program and strengthening the culture of care that supports associates. Having over 22 years of ministry leadership experience, along with a decade of chaplaincy service, he will provide confidential emotional, spiritual, and personal support to both field and office teams, serving as a trusted resource during personal crises, Illness, or major life transitions while also promoting well-being and a company-wide culture of genuine care and support. Adam holds a D.Min. and a Master of Divinity from Rockbridge Seminary, a Master’s in Church Leadership from West Coast Bible College, and a BS in Sociology from Illinois State University.
