This program recognizes the most distinct construction projects throughout Wisconsin. An independent panel of judges evaluated all entries and winning projects are based on eight criteria: craftsmanship, execution/coordination, budget, scheduling, difficult and unusual challenges, owner/architect satisfaction, safety, and overall distinctiveness.
