Both Henry Dorrbaker’s Pub & Play and the ABC Supply Learning Center were honored among Wisconsin’s top construction projects, highlighting the collaboration, craftsmanship, and innovation that continue to drive meaningful development across the region.
Henry Dorrbaker’s Pub & Play
Located in downtown Beloit, Henry Dorrbaker’s Pub & Play is a one-of-a-kind adaptive reuse project that transformed a historic building into an exciting entertainment destination. The project blends bowling, arcade games, dining, social gathering spaces, and immersive design elements into a vibrant experience that has quickly become a community favorite.
This project required thoughtful coordination and creative problem-solving to preserve the original structure’s character while introducing modern amenities and entertainment features. The result is a destination that not only revitalizes a downtown space but also creates new energy and activity for residents and visitors alike.
