Clearpoint project breaks ground in Waukesha

CCI begins construction on a 6-level multi-family development

Waukesha – This impressive apartment project, owned by Sterling Investment Real Estate and dubbed Clearpoint, features 64 one and two-bedroom units on the top four levels with indoor parking on the first and lower levels. Situated on a vacant lot in the downtown area, the 110,000 square foot project will take nearly 17 months to complete. CCI began site work in April and received the first load of concrete last week.
