CITY OF OCONOMOWOC – The construction of a five-story luxury condominium development on the shores of Lac La Belle could begin as early as this summer.

The Parc on Lac La Belle, which is planned for the north side of the 100 block of West Wisconsin Avenue, will house 16 condos and two top-floor penthouses in two towers overlooking the lake, according to a news release from the developer, Jon Spheeris of Coldwell Banker Elite.

Starting price for the condos will be $999,000, and the penthouses will cost $1.45 million, according to Jeff Gramins, an administrative coordinator at Coldwell.

Gramins said construction will likely start in late summer or early fall and is expected to take about one year until residents can move in. The developer is now accepting reservations.

Each condo unit will have covered balconies and views of the lake, the news release said. All units include three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room, kitchen, dining area, great room and library or den, with fireplaces and in-unit laundry, the release said.
