Corporate Contractors Inc to Lead Construction of Advanced STE Manufacturing Facility

New facility will double STE’s current production workforce

BELOIT, WI: Corporate Contractors Inc (CCI) recently announced their partnership with STE to construct a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This development represents a significant investment in the greater Beloit community and will allow for the current production workforce at STE to double, further emphasizing the company’s commitment to growth and innovation.

The project site is strategically located on Shopiere Rd and neighbors Interstate 39/90. Designed by Schlosser Steel Buildings and CCI, and engineered by JDR and Combs & Associates, the expansive 343,000-sqft industrial facility will encompass manufacturing operations along with a two-level administrative area. With an early 2025 completion date set, sitework is currently underway.

CCI will leverage its expertise and experience from its most recent industrial build, the 500,000-sqft Industrial Spec Building in Beloit’s Gateway Business Park, as well as more than four decades of experience to bring STE’s vision to life.
