Functional Benefits of Concrete Coatings

Epoxy coatings are made of resins that come in many colors and finishes. Once complete, epoxy floors have a seamless finish, are durable and resistant to temperature changes, impact damage, chemical spills, and are water resistant. Polyurea is a flooring system formulated to withstand harsh and demanding environments and is UV stable. Typically used as a clear top coating, but color options are available. Even more, the finish is glossy and easy to clean. Great for residential or commercial use.

Polyaspartic is a high-performance top coating with a rapid cure time. Additional advantages include high durability, chemical resistance, and UV stability. Popular for both garage floors and industrial facilities, it provides long-lasting protection.

Urethane Cement coatings have strong temperature, moisture, chemical, thermal-shock, and UV resistance benefits. This system is also hygienic and antimicrobial and often last 20+ years. Commonly used as a commercial flooring option, urethane cement is excellent for use in food grade areas such as kitchens or food processing.
