University of Wisconsin-Sandburg Residence Hall, South Tower: Milwaukee, Wisconsin This renovation project consists of a 20-story student residence hall with an additional two stories of basement storage and mechanical spaces and two stories of mechanical and elevator penthouses. Work is being completed in phases and includes bathroom renovations, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, and limited fire alarm replacement. Air distribution system replacement, life safety enhancements, and elevator renovation to include added stops on all student occupied floors are also underway. Projects In Progress ABC Supply NSC 2 - Beloit,Wisconsin ABC Supply National Support Center: Beloit, Wisconsin Work continues on the 134,000-square-foot new construction of a four- story office building for ABC Supply’s accounting, finance, and administrative operations. First floor concrete topping has been poured, with the steel stud framing beginning in October 2019. Steel erection continues for the 3rd and 4th floors and the roof system will be installed later this fall. The project remains on-track with an anticipated completion date in Spring 2020. University ofWisconsin - Milwaukee Current Projects In CCI’s Self-Performed Divisions Roofing: I ndustrial Facility in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin One of the sizeable projects, pictured above left, CCI ’s skilled roofing team is working on requires a considerable roof overlay using a 45millimeter TPOmembrane. Masonry: B eloit College Powerhouse in Beloit, Wisconsin CCI’s masonry team has been diligently restoring the brick w ithin Beloit College ’s historic Turbine Hall. Our concrete team is also on- site and has completed t he pool slab on grade allowing e xterior walls to be constructed. The pool vessel structure is c omplete and tile is being placed. I t’s truly been a team effort to restore the College ’s Turbine Hall to its original glor y.
