• Scope: Two four-story buildings totaling 78,000 sq. ft.
• Use: 60,000 sq. ft. of office space + 18,000 sq. ft. of retail/dining
• Parking: 125 underground stalls
• System: DLT (Dowel-Laminated Timber) used for sustainable strength
