About The Parc on Lac La Belle: Located in the city of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin along the picturesque shores of Lac La Belle lake, Parc will feature 18 incredible residences situated within two five-story towers. The first – fourth floors will feature sixteen 2,900 square foot residences bursting with lavish amenities. Each three-bedroom, two bath unit will include: open concept floor plans, 10-foot ceilings, large windows, fireplaces, private balconies, chef-inspired kitchens, master suites with dual walk-in closets, and more.
