Brown Deer Public Library

Village of Brown Deer, WI: CCI completed the renovation and build-out of a three-story commercial building to accommodate the new library and an additional future tenant. Designed by Kueny Architects, the library features a community, game, program and study rooms, a children’s play area as well as office and support areas.

“This project required a high degree of innovation and creativity,” said CCI Superintendent Hans Lederer. “We added a lot of structural steel, and had to build features that would support the weight of the second floor. We’re incredibly pleased with the final product, and know that the community will be as well.”
