Beloit, WI: Specialized construction services were provided for the multi-phased renovation and fast-track adaptive reuse and build-out of a warehouse area to create two floors of open, modern office spaces. It features open workstations for 150 people, training rooms, conference spaces, and a breakroom with an outdoor deck overlooking the river.
