Sand Valley Golf Resort Clubhouse & Lodge

Rome, WI: New construction of an award-winning two-story clubhouse and a twelve-room lodge, both wood-framed structures. The Interior features rustic wood and rough-cut cedar finishes. The project also consisted of installing access roads and a Private Onsite Water Treatment System (POWTS), the second largest in the state. Work took place while the resort was open for its members to golf and disruptions had to be kept to a minimum.
