UW-Milwaukee Sandburg Hall South Tower

Milwaukee, WI: This 20-story student residence hall was renovated in two phases. Plans included upgrading the 454 rooms with new fixtures and finishes, along with new plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression systems. Work also included replacing the air distribution system, enhancing life safety, and renovating the elevator.
