Progress Continues at Polyglass in Waco

CCI and our incredible build-team have made significant progress on the expansion of the Polyglass USA Inc. manufacturing plant in Waco, Texas. This impressive expansion, spanning 100,000 square feet, includes additional loading docks, office space, a cutting-edge production line, and various site enhancements. Project completion is scheduled for late January 2024. As the Construction Manager, CCI has not only provided architectural design services but has also effectively overseen all phases of construction. Furthermore, we are thrilled to have had the opportunity to collaborate with multiple local companies to bring this expansion to life. CCI is honored to be part of this remarkable project for Polyglass!

Current Project Update

• Roof is watertight, interior slab on grade and exterior concrete work were recently completed.
• Current Challenges – Rain – we consolidated slab pours 3 & 4 to allow completion of site concrete work

Overall Project Fast Facts

• 106,000 SF interior concrete slab on grade and 250,000 SF of exterior concrete paving were completed
• 8,400 cubic yards of concrete was poured (850+ truckloads)
• 250 tons of structural steel was erected
