An industrial facility initially constructed in the 1940s to fabricate opposed piston engines had a failing roof that posed many challenges. After several years of various repairs, the current tenant, American Construction Metals (ACM), sought a final resolution in lieu of additional repairs and ultimately wanted to lower their energy costs.
