PLEASE NOTE: This event is for CCI/LCH associates, your spouse/guest, and children (within your household) only. No grandchildren, other relatives, friends, or additional visitors. A release/waiver is required and MUST BE fully completed and electronically signed by each attendee. Please only RSVP if you plan to attend. No-shows are strongly discouraged.
A WAIVER FORM IS REQUIRED FOR EACH ATTENDEE
✔️ NEW THIS YEAR: An individual waiver form must be completed for each attendee. The form is currently being changed to a digital format and will accept electronic signatures. Once finalized, a link to the waiver will be sent to all associates who RSVP.
HELP US MAKE A DIFFERENCE
🥫 The CCI Wellness Committee is hosting a school supply and “easy-open” food drive during the picnic and they NEED YOUR SUPPORT! Each associate who brings a donation will be entered into a drawing to win one of several prizes, including special recognition for the most food or school supply items donated (must be present to win). All items collected will be donated to area schools, youth organizations, and food pantries.
🏆 A bags tournament is also being organized by the Wellness Committee. Sign up on site at the registration table. FCFS – spots are limited.
